1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 8vk website accessible at https://8vk.bet and all associated services, products, software, tools, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders.

By accessing the 8vk platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, and that participation in online betting and casino games is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. 2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered member account created by you on the 8vk platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your 8vk Account at any given time.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on the 8vk sportsbook, live casino, slots, or any other game product available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to your Account by 8vk as a promotional, loyalty, or welcome benefit, which is subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed registration on the 8vk platform and holds an active Account.
• "Platform" means the 8vk website, mobile site, and all associated services operated under the domain 8vk.bet.
• "VIP Programme" means the 8vk loyalty tier system — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — through which Members earn points and unlock exclusive benefits.
• "Taka" / "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on 8vk are denominated.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 8vk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You have not previously had an 8vk Account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when using the platform.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 8vk or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person.

8vk takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Member at any time. Where proof of age cannot be confirmed, the Account will be suspended and all pending transactions held until satisfactory verification is provided. Any Account confirmed to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds in the Account will be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

To use the betting and gaming services on 8vk, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Register only one Account. You must not open or operate more than one Account on 8vk under any circumstances. Accounts found to be duplicates — whether opened under different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, payment methods, or devices — will all be suspended and subject to permanent closure.
• Not share your Account login credentials with any other person.
• Notify 8vk immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

8vk reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

8vk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposit transactions are processed in real time or near real time, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent source. You further confirm that the payment method you are using is registered in your own name and that you are its legitimate owner or authorised user.

8vk does not charge Members a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges. Please consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Deposits may be used to place bets and access casino games immediately upon being credited to your Account Balance. If a deposit fails to appear in your Balance within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your payment reference number.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 8vk Account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 8vk support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any pending verification requirements.

8vk reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document (e.g., National ID, passport) and proof of the payment method being used. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 8vk may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds that have cleared all applicable requirements may be withdrawn.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and the VIP Programme

8vk offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and are to be read alongside them.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonus balances that expire will be removed from your Account automatically.
• 8vk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change the terms of an ongoing promotion, or cancel a bonus credited to a Member's Account if it reasonably suspects abuse or misuse of the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

7.2 VIP Loyalty Programme

The 8vk VIP Programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership in the VIP Programme is by invitation or through meeting the wagering thresholds published on the platform. VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and exclusive table access — are determined at the sole discretion of 8vk and may be amended at any time. VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the benefits they unlock within the 8vk platform.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conditions

All bets placed on 8vk are final once confirmed. 8vk does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred and is confirmed by the 8vk technical team. The outcome of all sporting events and casino games is determined independently of 8vk, and 8vk does not control the outcome of any event or game.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or data error during a live bet or casino game session, 8vk's decision as to the outcome of the affected bet or game round shall be final. 8vk may void any bet that was accepted as a result of a pricing error or system malfunction.

Cricket betting markets on 8vk — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or deferral, applicable void/no-bet rules will apply as set out in those specific cricket betting rules.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8vk platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal details.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Depositing or transacting with funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8vk staff or other Members.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership to 8vk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8vk platform — including but not limited to the brand name 8vk, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8vk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 8vk content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8vk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss. 8vk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

The 8vk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14. Amendments to These Terms

8vk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 8vk platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8vk platform shall first be submitted to the 8vk support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. 8vk's decision on all matters relating to betting outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status shall be final and binding.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 8vk Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8vk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
